First of all, let us introduce ourselves. We're Pat and Lorna and we've been good friends now for 20 years. It's always been our dream to run a cafe together, and here we are. We pride ourselves on our relaxed friendly atmosphere, and you can always be sure of a warm welcome, whether you're a visitor or one of our regulars.

If it's good food you're after, our two chefs, Joyce and Pete can make you anything from a toastie to a special home made burger (the tandoori burger topped with home made chilli jam and Greek yoghurt is especially delicious). When it's cold outside, a bowl of stovies or soup is just the ticket. We do half portions for children as well as picking platters with lovely fresh fruit and veg.

And if it's a wee treat you're after, we have lots of lovely home baking. We like all our staff to have a go at the baking, so every cake and scone is 'unique' and that's just how we like it!

You can while away a couple of hours in the ceramic corner, painting the item of your choice and we'll glaze and fire it for you to pick up a few days later. Or if you're a music fan, try our sunday afternoon live acoustic set, or our once a month Open Mic night. Check out our "what's on" section and find out what else is happening.

As well as children's birthday parties, you can book out the cafe as an evening venue. We can give you a price per hour, or a price per head if you want us to cater. Just let us know your budget and remember to byob.
